Registration to change the contents of registration of branch/ representative office/ business location of the cooperative 

a) Implementation order:

- Step 1: As change some contents of the name, address, business lines, operations, representative of the branch, representative office, business location of the cooperative, the cooperative alliance shall submit documents of registration to the cooperative alliance registration agency which issuing the registration certificate of branch, representative office, business location in order to be issued the new one.

Upon receiving the documents, the cooperative alliance registration agency:

+ Request the applicant to submit a valid copy of valid identity card or passport;

+ In case of being authorized, it is required to prepare the following papers: The service supply contract between the person establishing the cooperative alliance, the cooperative alliance and the organization providing services of submitting documents and receiving results; the recommendation letter of that organization for the individual to submit documents and receive results; or the authorization letter for the individual to submit documents and receive results in accordance with law.

+ The cooperative alliance registration agency shall hand over the receipt upon receiving valid registration documents and implement the registration to change the contents in registration of branch, representative office, business location of the cooperative alliance; and issue new registration certificate to the branch, representative office and business location of the cooperative alliance;

+ The cooperative alliance shall return the original of former registration certificate upon being issued the new one.

- Step 2: In case of moving address of the branch, representative office and business location into the district, province or city other than the place the cooperative alliance registered: the cooperative alliance shall register to change at the cooperative alliance registration agency in new place.

Upon issuing the new registration certificate of branch, representative office, business location to the cooperative alliance, the cooperative alliance registration agency in new place shall send a copy of the registration certificate of branch, representative office and business location newly issued to the cooperative alliance registration agency in former place.

- Step 3: In case of changing the contents in registration of branch, representative office, business location of the cooperative alliance in a foreign country, the cooperative alliance must comply with laws of that country.

- Step 4: Within 15 working days from the date of being issued the new registration certificate of branch, representative office, business location, the cooperative alliance shall:

+ In case of changing the name, address, representative of the branch, representative office: Register to change the contents of the cooperative alliance registration at the agency issuing the cooperative alliance registration certificate, at the place the cooperative alliance registered its head office to be issued the cooperative alliance registration certificate;

+ In case of changing the business lines of branch; operations of representative office; name, address, business lines, representative of business location: Send a written notice to the agency issuing the cooperative alliance registration certificate, where the cooperative alliance registered its head office in order to supplement into the cooperative alliance registration documents if the branch, representative office and business location registered head office in the district, province or city other than the place the cooperative alliance registered its head office;

In addition to the notice, enclose with a copy of the registration certificate of branch, representative office, business location;

- The General Meeting of Members’ Resolution or written decision by the Board of Directors on changing the contents of registration of branch, representative office, business location;

- Valid copy of identity card, passport or other legal personal identification paper from the representative of branch, representative office, business location in case of changing the representative;

- Valid copy of practice certificate from one or several individuals in case of changing the branch’s business lines subject to practice certificate as prescribed by law;

In accordance with the provisions of Clause 6, Article 2 and subparagraph b, Clause 2, Article 3 in Circular No. 02/2014/TT-BTC dated 02/01/2014 of the Ministry of Finance guiding charges and fees to be decided by people's Councils of provinces and Centrally-run cities.
